Summer Dockage
Centre Point Landing can accommodate 64 member boats. With vessels ranging from 15 to 60 feet, the slips are serviced with 20, 30 or 50 amp shore power and potable water. Our smaller slips can accommodate boats up to 19 feet without dock power or water services. The 6 Covered slips can accommodate boats up to 28 feet without a fly bridge. Shore power and potable water are also available at these covered slips.
On-line Dock Reservation Confirmation
Members Only, follow these steps before March 15th to ensure your dockage is reserved for 2008.
Your Dockage Agreement for 2008 will arrive via mail in February.
Sign and forward the top copy of the agreement with your payment.
If your payment has been received by Centre Point by March 15th, your slip is reserved.
Visit our web site, click on Docking Map / Dockage Availability, and look for your boat name to view your reservation.
Members, please note, if you do not receive an agreement in the mail, call or e-mail before the deadline of March 15th.
To request a change of slip location or to be put on the waiting list, contact Tessa by phone or e-mail. Preference is always given to year-round Members whose accounts are in good standing.
NEW MEMBERS, follow these steps beginning March 16th.

Select the slip you wish to reserve.
Call or e-mail Centre Point Landing with your slip selection and address and you will receive a dockage agreement in the mail.
Sign and forward the top copy of the agreement with your payment.
Look for your boat name on the Docking Map / Dockage Availability page to view your slip reservation.

Rates for Dock slips (+GST) are:
Small craft (less than 19') = $ 750
Inner Harbour = $1300
Outer Harbour = $1600
Covered slips range from $1300 to $1900.
Slip fees include the use of Marina amenities such as Wireless Internet Access, gas BBQs, boaters' lounge, washrooms, showers, morning coffee, Toronto Star in July & August.
Reservations are recommended for visitors staying on a nightly basis. Please call in advance and ask for Courtney, Centre Point's Dock Services Manager.
Winter Storage:
From cruisers to PWCs, Centre Point Landing offers a number of options for winter service on your vessel.
Haul-out, Full hull cleaning, Oil & filter change, Engine winterize, Water and holding tank system winterization, Generators, A/C, Outdrive oil change and inspection
Choose your Storage Type: Indoor, Covered, Open and Shrink Wrap are available upon request. Please note there is a waiting list for indoor storage.
Due to the variations of each vessel, send your preferred choice of storage along with your boat specs to Tom at centrepointmarina@i-zoom.net if you would like an estimate on winterization and storage fees.
Centre Point Landing also provides "At Your Dock" service calls for winter/spring work done at your home or cottage. Please call us by September 15th to make arrangements for this service.
