on the North shore of beautiful Sturgeon Lake in Bobcaygeon, Ontario

Location:  Centre Point is located 1.5 km West of Lock #32 on the Trent-Severn Waterway.  Our full-service marina is on the North shore of Sturgeon Lake in the heart of the Kawarthas.  When you are nearby on Pigeon or Sturgeon Lake, radio ahead.  We monitor channels 16 & 68.  We welcome visitors and new Members to Centre Point and trust you will enjoy your stay.  Bring a friend along to Discover Boating.

Facilities:  Enjoy Centre Point's dock slips with 20 to 50 amps of shore power, potable water, and wireless internet access.  The main building has washrooms and showers, a laundromat, and a boaters' lounge. The lounge is equipped with comfortable chairs and tables, a microwave, TV, VCR, movies, and just outside, a water-front deck for sunning, barbecuing or enjoying the lake view.

Staff:  Our professional and courteous staff is available from 8 am to 8 pm to help make your stay more enjoyable and relaxing.  Enjoy complimentary coffee in the morning and the daily newspaper delivered to your boat in July & August.  Our staff is ready to pump your gas, pump-out your holding tank or wash and wax your boat.

Boat Maintenance:  The Service Centre is open 6 days a week during the Summer for repairs and maintenance.  For more information on how to protect and maintain your investment, contact Centre Point's Service Centre where a Certified Marine Mechanic can help you with all your mechanical and technical questions.

Marina Store:  For your convenience, Centre Point's marina store carries boating hardware, charts, safety equipment, cleaning supplies, oil and much more boating equipment. You will also find drinks and snacks including the famous Kawartha Dairy Ice Cream.

Five-Anchor Rating:  A member of the Ontario Marine Operators Association, Boat US and the Chamber of Commerce, Centre Point is proud to maintain its Five Anchor Clean Marine rating. By respecting our waterway, we can all enjoy a safe and clean environment and remain dedicated to supporting the Clean Marine & Clean Boater's programs.  Centre Point promotes Eco-Rated Marine products from bio-degradable boat soap to wholesale bilge oil absorber socks, all available in the Marina Store.

Nearby:  For those who like to explore the Village, or dine in Bobcaygeon, it's a 20-minute walk or 5-minute drive into town.  A number of great resorts and comfortable Bed & Breakfast accommodations are nearby.  Right next door is Water's Edge Resort & Cottages and in town is The Scarlet Tunic, two very attractive places to stay.
